Ok, so I’m being kind of random and jumping around this week from topic to topic. It’s fall where I live — in Kansas. It’s Sunday, October 20 as I am writing and recording the podcast. I love fall. I AM that girl with the pumpkin spice by September 1st and the boots and scarves as soon as it cools down to 80. It’s the Midwest…the trees JUST turned, the wind is blowing, it’s kinda hot/cool every day here… it’s awesome. This is the time of year where I feel like I can relax and renew…
Speaking of renewing…
We are about to hit Mercury Retrograde! Eek! Personally, I don’t feel like the last one stopped. I’m not an astrologer. But I am a Leo, which means I’m good at everything — LOL! So what to do with Mercury Retro about to go down?
Remember, if it was set in motion before Merc Retro, it’s ok to go forth. But once it starts, any new idea you come up with can sit on the shelf until retro is over. “Over” means well after it’s the final day on November 20. It’s a quick one this time. Halloween to November 20th. So as we in that icky, pre-Mercury-retro… a few thoughts….
“Re” words are good, like renew, review, Reiki, revive, etc.
Yes, Mercury Retrograde is a good time to book a Reiki session.
NOT a good time for electronics, computers, or communication…not a good time to enter into NEW contracts… It’s just not a time for starting anything new.
For example, don’t start writing a new novel November 1st (for NaNoWriMo) unless you have already started on it, have been outlining it, and — in other words — have been planning it for some time.
These are just a few tips. There’s plenty of info already online. I like to just spend time resting, going with the flow, and trying not to say anything too uncensored… My mouth during Merc Retro… oy.
So back up your computers… and buckle up!
