Another way to start the day would be with a high-vibe meditation.
Let’s say today we’re concentrating on manifesting a new career, or new job. We start with the affirmative — yes, affirmations. Let’s talk like we already have what we want.
And listen to Fearless 5 Podcast #27 here.
My show notes this week for you are more mediation scripts than they are notes, really. (This is why I don’t feel bad for posting them late. I also don’t feel bad because I badly need self-care time to sleep and take care of this tension headache — which I still have at the time of this posting. Mine last for days…)
So get comfortable and close your eyes. Remember, it’s the Fearless 5 podcast. We’re going to do this for just 5 minutes. You totally have 5 minutes to devote to yourself right now. You are worthy of this 5 minutes. This five minutes is your freedom. This is 5 minutes you get to breathe deeply, practice who you want to be, free yourself, and be truly, unapologetically you.
Now, with your eyes closed, take a deep breathe. Let’s practice a few moments of deep breathing.
I love my job.
I’m so grateful I get to work with such great coworkers each day.
My job allows me to use my talents — and get paid well for them.
I am compensated well for my work, my talents, my skills, and all I know.
I enjoy my job, I enjoy going to work each day.
Breathe in what it feels like to love what you do. Exhale all you are ready to release from your old position.
Breathe in the gratitude you have for this great, new job that suits all your needs. Feel fully supported on your career path and know you cannot fail.
Exhale and release any stress you feel about the “how” or about how/when you will find this job. Let’s not get attached to the outcome.
Breathe in and know that all is taken care of.
Exhale all the stress, all the not knowing…
Breathe in knowing you are a success. You are always a success. The Universe wants success for you and blesses you on your path.
Exhale the old job, the old coworkers, the old commute, the old experiences.
Breathe in and know — repeat after me — I have a new job. It is mine. And I am grateful.
Exhale the anxiety you feel around your job search.
Breathe in and know you did everything in your power to land this new job. You don’t have to be anything or anyone else. It is yours.
Thank you for my new job! And so it is.
