Meet Once A Month with Heather Larson
We will meet once a month for an hour to build your mind-body wellness plan.
We take a look at what's not working and what is. Where do you want to be? How do you want to get there?
During the month, there will be check-ins in a way and cadence you choose. That can be via text, email, WhatsApp, etc. Cadence can be weekly, biweekly, or as needed.
You can focus on goals or you can choose to focus on building incremental habits to manage your stress, increase physical & mental health, find your focus, and more.
During the month, you'll have access to various downloads, meditations, and courses to help you grow! 🌱
